This notice explains what personal data Spark Point Infotech collects through this website, why it is collected and how long it is kept. It is written to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), because this site is offered to visitors in Germany and the Netherlands.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site. Nothing is collected passively for marketing purposes.

Enquiry form: name, email address, company, country, project type, budget range and your message.
Careers form: name, email address, area of interest and experience level, plus anything optional you choose to add — phone number, current location, notice period, portfolio link, note, and a resume or CV file.
Technical data: your IP address is processed transiently by our hosting provider to deliver the page and to rate limit abusive requests. It is not stored alongside your submission.

Why we process it

Enquiry data is processed to respond to your request, which is pre-contractual processing under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Careers data is processed on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
We do not add you to a newsletter without a separate opt-in.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this site.
We do not load fonts or scripts from third-party CDNs — all assets are served from our own domain, so no data is transmitted to Google or any other provider when you load a page.

Where data is stored

Form submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase in the [select your Supabase region — use an EU region] region. The site itself is hosted by Vercel. Both act as processors on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: 24 months from the last contact, then deleted.
Careers submissions: 12 months, then deleted, unless you ask us to keep them longer.
Resume files: stored in a private bucket that is not readable from the public internet, and deleted on the same 12-month schedule as the submission they belong to. Ask us at any time and we will delete yours sooner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Email info@sparkpointinfotech.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority in the EU member state where you live.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics by default. If analytics are added later, this notice will be updated first and a consent banner will be shown before any non-essential cookie is set.

Changes

We update this notice when our processing changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
